Hello! I realize I have been scarce lately, and I do apologize. I am just warning you that I plan to post something on or about Christmas Eve as a general gift to my flist. Except for perishable items that will have to be purchased closer to the actual date, I am officially finished with my Christmas shopping. Now I have the task of sorting, wrapping, and mailing. I always wonder how I can possibly be related to so many people. I have also begun treat making as today is St. Nick's Day, so I had to spend most of yesterday baking. I also have to spend most of tomorrow baking as there are items to be taken to colleagues and associates, and so... Now I'm totally rambling. Anyway, happy holidays to you, and Happy St. Nick's Day, too!

| 11:57 pm - Geeking out on the fourth of july
I spent most of yesterday geeking out with krissielee, and it was awesome! I had the best time squeeing over Indy smut at lunch and going around to all the area bookstores. I still say we should've picked up that first cute guy; he would have at least warded off the creepy guy who decided Krissie was his new love... We should've done more than hold hands in that bookstore; we should've made out so we could drive him off!

Oh my God, I'm being mocked!! Again, this is a HUGE SPOILER for Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, so if you haven't seen it, please don't click the link, but I am currently laughing so much at this post at someplace called Topless Robot that's mocking my Indy fic! I am so totally not offended because people who don't slash or don't go in for this particular pairing don't get the crazed insanity of those of us who do ship it, but looking at it from a non-shipper's perspective it is so the funniest thing ever! Imagine my shock that I found this post totally by accident this morning! I was just trying to see if I could go directly to my fic without having to go through the AFF main page, and instead, there I was on some weird other site! Well, it is entertaining, and the comments were pretty kind, so it's all good. :)
And Happy Father's Day to the fathers out there!

WAH!! Check out this new, fantastic Draco/Hermione art by lizardspots! It's for my fic, Arabian Knight. It is so beautiful, and the coloring is amazing and passionate and I just love it! Thank you so, so much, lizardspots! Now I am off to stare at the pretty for a very long while... :D

The audit has ended!! I made a $1.6 million account balance within 30 cents!! I know that is meaningless to most of you, but basically that makes me like a rock star of accounting! I'm so happy right now, especially since mine was one of only two accounts that are not being brought under investigation. HELL YEAH!!
